The hotel was spotlessly clean, with comfortable beds and a great view from the balcony. We were impressed with the gated parking and transportation to the beach was very convenient. This city is surrounded by stunning beaches and is located in a peaceful area.

Trouble with keeping the door open -we must used the chair for block it it would be kind to have a two garden armchairs and little table out of the door and some shrubs between the houses

We had a great room with a huge terrace. The Residence was lovely and very clean. The kitchen facilites in our apartment were good and included a "proper" oven and huge fridge plus freezer. Outdoors the gardens, full of fab plants and fruit trees, were well looked after. The Residence is in a friendly town which is nestled in tree-lined hills and well worth a look around. The south coast beaches are a short drive away.

I recently stayed at a charming hotel in a small Italian town and had a fantastic experience. the value for money was excellent, especially considering the comfortable rooms with their cozy beds. Secondly, the attention to detail was evident throughout, from the well-maintained garden to the helpful and friendly staff. Lastly, the location was perfect - just a short drive from some of the most beautiful beaches in Sardinia.

The staff of the hotel were really friendly and helpful and one person could also speak English, which helped us a lot as Teulada is a suburb where no one speaks english. She made a reservation at an excellent restaurant and also called the car rental shops as we travelled without a car. However, as soon as they reallized there is no car available, they offered us a ride to the beaches for both days we staid there and also picked us up afterwards. One way is around 20min. Very kind!!! ***Teulada is a very quite area and people were also friendly, however, would definetely recommend to travel by car as other options are not really flexible.

During my Easter stay, I enjoyed the convenience of having good Wi-Fi connection and free parking on-site. The kitchen in the room was well equipped and allowed me to prepare some meals instead of eating out all the time. the location was great, with restaurants and grocery stores nearby.

I was disappointed to find that the room was not cleaned during my five-day stay, and the towels were not changed. there was no toiletry provided, which made it inconvenient for me to have to bring my own.

The apartment was ok, much value for money. Staff was friendly although did not speak English. Amazing beaches around 5 km from the village.

The two dogs barked all night. The village Teulada was a bit remote, difficult to access by car from Cagliari. It took around 1,5 h on very narrow and curvy roads in the mountains. Off season it was difficult to find a restaurant that was open.

Lovely spacious apartment near the centre of town. Convenient for walking to restaurants although we only had a choice of two in October. A bit of a drive to the south coast beaches but they are well worth it. The accommodation was scrupulously clean and reasonably well equipped except if you want to do any ambitious cooking. Parking is easy inside the security gates. Friendly and helpful hosts despite not speaking much English.

The TV-screen in the room may be a bit small for some guests, but it does not detract from the overall positive experience.

The hotel is located close to many beaches with the closest being a 10 minute drive. Teulada has some nice shops and a great pasticceria (bakery), but it's also quiet and tranquil at night. The hotel has gated parking, so even if we returned late, parking was not an issue. Overall, our room was clean and well appointed. The kitchen was small but had all the essentials like pots, pans, and dishes.

We were satisfied with the hotel, but those booking it should know that it's really more of an apartment than a hotel. We stayed for five days, and the room was never cleaned and the towels never changed. There is no shampoo or body wash provided. The shower stall is quite small by American standards, but it's a typical European shower.

We spent a lovely Christmas holiday in this small town hotel/apartment. The location is perfect, with beautiful beaches just a short drive away and plenty of restaurants nearby. The parking area is secure, which gave us peace of mind. The kitchen in our room was fully equipped and we appreciated being able to prepare our own meals. The air conditioning worked well too.
